Starting CrossFit doesn’t need to feel intimidating. That’s why every new member at CrossFit Node can start with a 7-day free trial, giving you the chance to experience the training, meet the coaches and get a feel for the community before choosing a membership.

Across your first week, you’ll experience our coached CrossFit sessions, structured programming and an approach that can be adapted to wherever you’re starting from.

You don’t need to be fit before you begin, and you don’t need any previous CrossFit experience.

Whether you want to get stronger, improve your fitness, move better or simply find something you genuinely enjoy showing up for, your journey starts here.
